The Frances Cabrini Lodge #2723 of the Order Sons of Italy in America of Winchester, Virginia is pleased to announce the establishment of an annual scholarship to an eligible member of the Senior class of 2010.

The name of the scholarship is the Joseph G. McCarthy Memorial Scholarship in honor of a dedicated member of our Lodge who passed away in 2009. This year we will be awarding two (2) $500.00 scholarships.
